Stormy
Because a friend of ours had an Aussie/ACD mix, Ollie thought he would like to get an ACD to have as a companion in our home. So, Ollie found a breeder in the east Texas area in the winter of 2002 that had a litter of puppies and went to check them out. A little red girl stood out among the group of puppies and she came home with us. It took Ollie over a week to name her, but we know he picked the perfect name. Stormy.
Stormy was a fearless dog. She was our alpha in the outside pack of dogs. She was a sweet, but no nonsense ACD. The little time that we had her on sheep proved that she was a natural. Unfortunately, we couldn't keep it up after we moved to the Bryan area.
After moving to our home in Bryan, she escaped and has never been found. It is our belief that she is still alive, running someone's backyard!
